Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehen Hills in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a climate-promoting grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The Osnabrück Pearl, Loving House in the Center

The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
