Quiet and well located, 3 blocks from the sea, 100 meters from the Bistek supermarket and 6 blocks from the Tramandaí boardwalk. Apartment with everything you need for your convenience and in the best location. Quiet and friendly neighbors and very clean and safe social environments. Good for families. Kitchen with microwave, oven, barbecue, washer and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fan in the bedrooms and garage for 1 car. We do not have towels and bed linen. No pets allowed. Energy 110w.
