Spacious 1-room apartment with kitchenette, desk, Wi-Fi and small shower room, located in the countryside, in a quiet residential area. Approx. 40 square meters. Here a nice, bright room awaits you, equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a furnished workplace. The room is on the garden side with access to the terrace and its own entrance door. Parking right in front of the house. Behind the garden is the recreational area with forest and meadows. The city can be reached in 15 minutes.

The appartment is located in the historical Katharinenviertel in the center of Osnabrück. The Gründerzeithaus dates from the 19th century. I would like to offer you my newly renovated apartment in a quiet location in Osnabrück. You have a complete apartment for yourself. In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

Friendly attic apartment

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

In the heart of the Teutoburg Forest, in the middle of the Bad Essen mountain, in the immediate vicinity of the family vacation home Haus Sonnenwinkel, is our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation home for up to four people. Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

Two-room apartment in the city center and close to the university

This beautiful non-smoking apartment is 39 square meters and is located in the attic on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has one bedroom, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a small bathroom with window. My place is good for couples and business travelers and visitors to the university/college. Cleanliness is my top priority!

Oasis of well-being in beautiful Osnabrück (near DAA)

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in my oasis of well-being. You have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with a living area, also for comfortable sleeping, a bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a balcony with seating and garden views. Everything was renovated and newly furnished in September 2016.

The Osnabrück Pearl, Loving House in the Center

The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinenviertel, is located in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from downtown.
