Modern smallholding. Perfect for families with children

Modern small farm in Romerike. The property is undisturbed and has a forest area with well-maintained hiking trails nearby. The property is centrally located in Eastern Norway, with 25 min. travel time to Oslo City Center. Train connection to Oslo from Svingen station. On the small farm we have chickens, a greenhouse, a kitchen garden with vegetables and beehives. Those who rent the small farm are free to take both eggs and vegetables in the season for their own consumption. Those who stay with us have the entire house at their disposal.

Idyllic place also suitable for families with children

The farm is located 40 min from Lillestrøm and about 50 min from Oslo. There is the possibility to borrow canoes and a small boat with outboard motor. In the courtyard there is a trampoline and plenty of room for play and activities (cubb and frisbee golf) as well as a fire pit. Behind the barn there is a football pitch and a small basketball court. It is about 2.5 km to the store and bus connection to Oslo. The place has a jetty, with a bathing ladder and barbecue area. Good opportunities for fishing in Øyeren (fresh water)

Welcome to Bjerkelia, a cozy cabin with space for 4 people! It is possible to make up the living room (sofa bed). Cozy house with kitchen and large living room as well as hallway and bathroom on the first floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. Idyllically located with land on all sides and nice lawn areas around. Great view and sun all day. Parking for up to 2 cars included in the rent. Child-friendly with trampoline and play equipment. You can get to Oslo quickly, 25 minutes by car, about 25 minutes by bus and train. 2.5 km to walk to Lillestrøm with restaurants, cinema and train to Oslo.

Cozy farmhouse in a lively courtyard. The place has a rural and peaceful location where we do grain production and pigs. The house also has a terrace with evening sun and lawns. The host lives in the property themselves and only rents it out when they are away on trips and vacations. For that reason, there are personal items in the drawers and cabinets.
