When I first arrived by taxi, Elena met me because I got lost, she gave me a full understanding of everything in the apartment, which is supplied With everything you could possibly need especially for long term rentals. She also showed me around town in her car and actually took me grocery shopping and pointed out the stores and restaurants. Elena was very helpful and always responded and was attentive to any concerns I had. We also had great conversation, Elena was a Great Host, I absolutely recommend her.

Everything matches the description and photos, very good quality for the money. There was no hot water - we figured it out - the boiler needs to be turned on (not just plugged in, but the power button in the middle needs to be pressed)
