Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Gert’s place is super cute and cozy, exactly as pictured and described. It was conveniently located between Saranac lake and Lake Placid. It’s also a 3 minute walk to the rail trail which was a great way to end the day. We saw lots of wildlife including deer, turkeys and a snapping turtle! The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel pans, knives, spices and lots of extras! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept it cool on the hot nights. Best part was being allowed to bring our furry friend who enjoyed the dog bed provided. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend!

We stayed in the Treehouse for a weekend of hiking. The Treehouse is exactly as described, and the pictures are spot-on. It is fully stocked, and extremely well-maintained and clean. Tyler and Emily are extremely responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. For us, the location was great since we hiked Cascade and Porter mountains. The proximity to Lake Placid is also a plus. There is also an awesome outdoor space with a firepit.

Amazing spot. Probably the coolest Airbnb i've ever stayed in. Really nice cozy cabin. Perfect spot very close to downtown, but far away enough to feel like you are in nature and not be bothered by anyone else. I'd highly recommend the spot to anyone.

Great spot. My wife and I ate at Big Mountain Deli and Creperie several times for lunch (right down the street). Highly recommend that, a nice walk around Mirror Lake, and obviously the Olympic sites. Angela was really helpful with parking, which was the only stressor. We did get one parking ticket at what seemed to be a totally legal space in front of the Adirondack Community Church and the citation said “18 meter violation,” which made no sense to me. I think Lake Placid PD targets rental cars because we’re not going to come back for court. So the sketchy PD is my only complaint for an otherwise awesome trip.

Before we arrived, Shari gave me her recommendations for some great places to eat and drink. She gave me clear instructions on how to get to the cabin and how to gain access. The cabin was exactly as Shari described it in her listing. It even came stocked with tons of games and puzzles, which were a perfect thing to do on a rainy day in the ADK! The cabin was so cozy that it was hard for us to leave to explore the local towns. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quiet and secluded getaway!

The cabin was a perfect getaway and close to all of the activities at Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and the surrounding Adirondacks. The cabin was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful details that were supplied in the cabin for our comfort. We were able to use the fire pit one evening and enjoyed a perfect evening relaxing by the fire. We would definately stay here again and will recommend this cabin to our friends!
