My wife lived when she was in junior high school. We had a full renovation for guest house. This region is near schools, daycare compare to the busy and crowded area, it is quiet. Kyoko was a fantastic host, who even met us at the door before arrival to allow us to put our bags in early! She provided lots of local recommendations, had a beautiful space, and even provided us food and other snacks! It is in a great location, 15 min from Nara Park and 5 minutes to Nara Station (if train noises keep you up, be sure to bring earplugs!) and I cannot say enough great things about this stay!

A very top-notch homestay, adding to the scenery of the entire Kyoto trip!The room is very unique and beautiful.Very close to attractions such as Kiyomizu Temple, Sanjusangendo, etc., and it takes about 20 minutes on foot.Then there is a convenience store, a pharmacy and a supermarket about 4 minutes walk from home.If I come to Kyoto again, I will choose to stay here.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Location gives fantastic access to the city through the Green Line (Karasuma). Easy to access from Kyoto Station shinkansen. Less than ten minute walk to the Aeon Mall. All facilities in working order. The washing machine is very useful in extending the usefulness of your carried clothing.

There were 6 adults and 1 elementary school student, a total of 7 people used it. There weren't many reviews. I was worried a lot because I didn't have one.I was worried for nothing... I think it's not long after remodeling... It was around 15 minutes from Namba Station. There is a Roshon convenience store and a grocery store right below it. Kuromon Market is also close. Dotonbori is also close, and Kyoto bus tour. It was also close to the gathering., The most important thing for a family trip for 7 people is washing. It was nice to have two bathrooms and two showers.In fact, my family booked here because there were two bathrooms and showers. It was so nice... The air conditioner was also new.The performance was also good. There may be likes and dislikes, but it was good for my family.There are 2-3 large suitcases in the room. I was able to eat food in the living room...

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

The view was good, it was a very quiet and comfortable space, I enjoyed the sauna, I was able to take an air bath, and the flow of the bath and water bath was perfect!I was also able to see the morning sun clearly.The sauna in the morning was also a great memory. The kitchen was also spacious and very easy to use.I couldn't connect the projector, but next time I want to come with all my friends!
