バルコニーから見る川と道頓堀の街並みの景色が最高です。 部屋はとっても広く、最大9名まで宿泊可能です。 7名以上でこちらの部屋に7泊以上してくださる方、もしくは何人でも構いませんので9泊以上して下さる方は空港からマンションまで、もしくは、帰国時に、マンションから空港まで、どちらかを無料で送迎させて頂きます。 7名様以上で12泊以上される方は行きも帰りも無料で送迎します。 もちろん、7泊以下のゲスト様も有料になりますが他で依頼するよりもお安く送迎可能です。 詳しくは「お部屋」の項目をご参照下さい。 まず初めに、こちらの部屋はプロの清掃業者に依頼し、徹底した清掃を行っております。 更に清掃後には必ず除菌と殺菌消毒をして、コロナウィルスなどのウィルス感染や細菌感染への予防対策を徹底的に行った上で、お部屋をお貸し致します。 そのため清掃には必ず４〜５時間必要になります。 これは徹底した清掃と細菌、ウィルス感染症の対策以外に、部屋がとても広いこと、たくさんのリネン類、タオル類の洗濯と乾燥に時間が必要なことがあります。 ご理解お願い致します。 そのため、チェックインは午後５時以降。 チェックアウトは午後１２時までに退去になります。 しかし、もしチェックインされる当日にチェックアウトのお客様がいなければ、当日はいつでもチェックイン可能です。 もちろん午前８時でも午前７時でも午前０時でも大丈夫です。 ただしチェックアウトされるお客様がいる場合は徹底した清掃を行い、その後でお部屋をお貸しするため、通常のチェックイン時間（１7時以降）を守っていただくことになります。 荷物は午後１２時以降であれば部屋に置いてもらうことは可能です。 その場合は通常のチェックインの手順に従って部屋に入って下さい。 鍵はチェックアウトされるまで持っていて下さい。 チェックアウト時、必ず鍵は元の場所（キーボックス）に返却お願い致します。 こちらの部屋に7名様以上で7泊してくださる方々、もしくは、人数に関係無く9泊以上されるお客様には空港からマンションまで、もしくは帰国時にマンションから空港まで無料で送迎いたします。 私がお客様を空港へ迎えにいく場合、無料での送迎可能時間は午後２時以降になります。 ２時より前の時間帯での送迎は不可能です。 午後２時より前に送迎を希望される場合は有料になります。 その場合はご予約前に必ずメッセージ欄から私に質問をして料金など確認して下さい。 チェックアウト日にマンションから空港までの送迎サービスを希望の場合、送迎可能時間は午後１２時以降なら何時でも可能です。 （清掃があるので、チェックアウトは必ず午後１２時までに行って下さい）午後１２時より早い送迎サービスを希望される場合は有料になります。 その場合は予約をされる前に必ずメッセージ欄から私に質問をして料金などを了承した上で予約をして下さい。 送迎サービスを受けれる最大人数は8名までです。 9名以上、またスーツケースなど大きい荷物が９個以上あるグループの方々は送迎が出来ない可能性があります。 ご注意下さい。 送迎サービスを希望の方は予約前に必ずメッセージ欄から私に人数とスーツケースなどの大きい荷物の数、送迎の希望時間を正確に伝えて下さい。 そして送迎サービスが可能かどうか、確認をしてからご予約をお願い致します。 こちらの部屋に7名様以上で、12泊以上してくださる方には空港からマンションまでと、マンションから空港までの往復の送迎サービスを無料でさせて頂きます。 ただし、送迎できる時間帯、人数、荷物の数は先ほど上記に説明した通りです。 もし時間帯や人数、荷物の数によっては送迎出来ない場合があるのでご了承くださいませ。 もちろん、関西国際空港以外から来られる方は大阪市内、京都市内、神戸市内また大阪市周辺地域であれば、無料でどこでもお迎えに行きます。 チェックアウト時も、これらの地域内であれば、どこへでも皆様を送らせて頂きます。 まずはご予約前にメッセージ欄からお尋ね下さい。 例えば、伊丹空港、神戸空港、京都のホテルなどからこちらのマンションまで送迎してほしいというのも可能です。 逆にこのマンションから伊丹空港や神戸空港、京都市内のホテルなどへの送迎サービスも可能です。 更に、例えば日本に到着した日に空港から別の宿泊施設に送って欲しいと言う対応も上記の地域内かつ時間内であれば可能です。 上記の無料送迎サービスや追加料金による有料の送迎サービスを希望される方は必ず予約前にメッセージ欄から私へ問い合わせをお願いします。 ほとんどありませが、送迎サービスの予約状況によっては、チェックイン日の送迎サービスの代わりに、チェックアウト日の送迎サービスに変更になってしまうこともあります。 繰り返しますが、こちらの部屋で７泊以上して頂けるお客様は、行きもしくは帰りのどちらかの送迎サービスが無料です。 こちらの部屋に７名以上で１２泊以上宿泊していただけるお客様は、マンションと空港の行きと帰り両方の送迎サービスが無料になります。 希望時間、人数や荷物の数など、ご予約前にメッセージ欄から必ず私にこれらの情報を伝えて、その上で送迎可能かご確認をまず先にお願いします。 もし午後１２時より以前に荷物を預けたい場合、私が車の中でお客様の荷物を管理することが可能です。 しかし、その場合は一つ条件があります。 お客様には、午後１２時以降に、一度、私が荷物を預かり、管理している車まで戻って来てもらい、私と一緒に荷物を部屋までお運んで下さい。 これは私一人でお客様の荷物を車から部屋まで運ぶことで起こるかも知れない紛失を防ぐためです。 万が一、荷物が紛失してしまった場合、私はその紛失に対して一切の責任は持てません。 そのため、午後１２時以前に私の車にて荷物を保管するのは可能ですが、必ず午後１２時以降に一度、車まで戻って来て、お客様自身で荷物を部屋まで運んで下さい。 この条件をご了承していただける場合のみ、午後１２時以前に私が車の中で荷物を管理することが可能です。 このサービスは必ず提供が出来るとお約束できるものではありません。 そのため、このサービスをご希望の場合は予約前に必ず私に尋ねて下さい。 こちらのマンションは各階に一室しか部屋がありません。 そのため、完全にプライベートが保たれます。 また隣の部屋に別の宿泊グループが宿泊していたり、隣に誰かが住んでいることがないので、日中は多少声が大きくなっても大丈夫です。 お隣さんに気を使わずご宿泊して頂けます。 大きい部屋で完全にプライベートを保てますが、パーティーなど特に夜間帯に大声で喋ったり、部屋で飛び跳ねたりする行為は絶対に禁止です。 このマンションは道頓堀川に沿って建っているので、バルコニーから見る道頓堀の街並みと道頓堀川の景色は最高です。 特に入ってはいけない場所などありません。 ご自由にお過ごしください。 室内では非常に速い高速インターネットを利用出来ます。 詳しくはハウスマニュアルに記載しているので到着前に一度見ておいてください。 そのURLを開いてハウスマニュアルをお読み下さい。 ハウスマニュアルにはこの部屋についての情報が沢山記載されています。 マンションに到着してエントランスドアを開ける方法の説明、更に部屋の玄関ドアの開け方を説明しています。 鍵はキーボックスの中にあります。 キーボックスの場所と開け方は写真を用いてハウスマニュアルに詳しく説明してます。 ゲスト様に覚えておいて欲しいことは、部屋に設置しているゴミ箱がいっぱいになったら、マンションの入り口横にあるゴミ置き場にゴミを捨てる、この一点だけです。 上記の３点の他にもたくさんのことが記載されています。 日本語の分からない海外旅行者様用にテレビやエアコンのリモコンの日本語表記を英語表記にしたもの、洗濯機や乾燥機、家電調理器具の日本語表記を英語表記にしたものなどです。 この様に外国からお越しのお客様用に沢山のことがハウスマニュアルには記載されています。
