Carly is a great host. we booked last minute and she responded to my messages within minutes letting us be flexible on arrival. beautiful location, completely private, a huge stack of burnable pine next to fire pit for the family. river was high so access was limited but beautiful spot. place was clean comfortable had Verizon cell service and fast wifi with several smart TVs and air conditioning. really what we were looking for and more. thanks Carly

I must say, this has truly been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped furniture and kitchen supplies, all set within a beautiful and safe neighborhood. During my stay, I was lucky to catch the season of blooming flowers. I especially enjoyed my daily walks among the colorful blossoms in the community, and the nearby park with its flowing water brought me peace and joy. It’s been a truly memorable time, and I genuinely hope to return one day. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done to make this such a wonderful ！！stay.

Bonita's stay is a wonderful accommodation! My husband and I were visiting Penn State for the first round of the CFP; Howard is a peaceful and quaint location, about 30 minutes from downtown State College. The space was immaculately cleaned, and a great size for two people. Kitchen accommodations included a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and plug-in stove (perfect for pre-game breakfast!) Bonita provided a book with clear instructions, as well as local suggestions- although most of our time was spent in downtown State College. When we had question about the TV, she quickly responded, even though it was fairly late in the night. We would certainly stay here again!

We came for just a short one night stay as it was on the route of our drive home. We arrived very late but getting into the home was very easy and it was incredibly cozy. We wished we had stayed longer than just one night but would definitely recommend it to anyone else!
