The place is amazing and really clean and neat place it’s as big and spacious plus the out doors had a small grill and a fire place when we tried to light a fire the just came to help and got us a fire torch and an axe to cut wood plus the amazing view of the mountains and the trees especially at sunrise and sunset overall it’s 4.9/5 But the cons are It’s kinda far from the city like 20-30 min And the road is a little hard to mange because it’s so narrow and bumpy

Superbe appartement à Trabzon, nous avions une voiture, il était possible de se garer facilement. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis.

بيت جميل وهادئ ، وله مساحته الخاصه يتكون منطابقين ، الطابق الارضي صاله تفتح على المزرعه وغرفتين نوم واحده سرير فردي والاخرى سرير مزدوج بحمام داخلي ومطبخ وحمام والطابق العلوي يتكون من صاله فيها بلكونه كبيره مطله على الطبيعة والبحر من بعيد ، فيها سرير مزدوج وعدد 2 اسره فردية وسرير اطفال ، وغرفتين كل واحده فيها سرير فردي ، بالنسبه للسكن نظيف وجميل وهادى وصاحب السكن وعائلتة رائعين ومتجاوبين لكل الاسئلة

Ev sahibi Bülent Bey, gerçekten çok kibar, misafirlerine karşı ilgili, aradığınızda anında ulaşabileceğiniz, çözüm odaklı bir beyefendi. Ev de tarihi dokusuyla, bahçesindeki meyveleriyle, müstakil yapısıyla misafirler için huzur ve güven vadediyor. Gayet temiz, bir evde bulunması gereken her şeyin olduğu, merkezî konumda (Meydan'a yürüyerek 10 dakika), harika bir konaklama mekânı. Yine gidersem kapısını çalacağım ilk ev olur diye düşünüyorum.

The apartment was so nice and has a great view and near to all important places Enes was a very helpful host and available all times .. very good and quiet place for great memories .

مكان الشقة رائع الحي لطيف وهادي والبحر قريب .. الشقة نظيفة جدا وواسعة ومتكاملة جميع الاحتياجات موجوده من منظفات واجهزه الكترونية واكياس نفايات الله يكرمكم ..صراحة المكان لطيف جدا جدا يحسسك كأنك ف بيتك مرتب ونظيف وجميل ..والاخ فاروق انسان رائع طيب ومحترم وخدوم جدا

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and there was a parking spot available right in front of the house, which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Большое спасибо хозяину за уютное и чистое жилье. Ощущали себя как дома. Все соответствовало фотографиям. Хозяин был любезен и всегда на связи. Если буду еще раз в Трабзон, то обязательно выберу это жилье еще раз)

مكان رائع مع إطلالة رائعة ومرتب ونظيف وموقف خاص للسيارة والعاملون جداً محترمين لذلك سوف أقوم بزيارته لاحقاً

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .

Oktay is the kindest host I have ever met!! He is not only a good host but also a great friend of us!!😊😊 he is very kind, responsive, and considerate!! He even came to the airport to pick us up at night and helped us move many suitcases! Also, he drove us to the city center after checkout which he did not have to. I am so grateful that we met Oktay!
