Vacation rentals with lake access in Ortaca

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Villa is fantastic. You feel comfortable right away. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). A new villa the items inside were new and clean, the villa stayed for 9 people and we very much enjoyed the pool was clean, daily maintenance was done. Due to the location of the villa, there is a market just opposite the beautiful localization. 200 m away is the street of bars. Iztuzu beach 15 min by car We are very satisfied. Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a lovely stay in Candir at Nazli's house. It is conveniently located near Dalyan while being quiet. To get there by car we took a small ferry to make the crossing. It's very nice. The house is spacious and clean. The setting and the terrace are really nice. Nazli gave us all the necessary information to have a good stay at her place. I didn't meet her because it was her mother whose place is next door who welcomed us. Her kindness and generosity only made our stay even better. Full of attention and always smiling, she gave us very good advice and we thank her very much for that. I highly recommend this lovely place for your vacation in this beautiful area.

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

We had a very nice holiday as a family, the house was clean and spacious inside (beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean) and outside (garden parts). The villa was as in the images. It is obvious that the house is new. The pool was clean, and it was maintained and cleaned as long as we stayed. The pool was so much fun. The garden was spacious and airy. It was pleasant to have breakfast with the sound of birds in the garden. We had a barbecue in the backyard. Onur Can was friendly and gave quick answers. He left snacks (chips, biscuits, water, etc.) because we were on the road. There is no problem with flies during the day. There are mosquitoes only in the evenings. Since all the windows and the door to the veranda of the villa had mosquito nets, there were not many flies entering the house, and fly repellents were sufficient to protect against flies escaping when opening and closing the doors and sitting in the garden. Mosquitoes are a general problem in the area in the evenings, but fly repellents work. Iztuzu beach was close and beautiful. Thank you Onur Can

We stayed for 4 days, everything was very nice. The location of the house is great, close to markets, bazaar, bakery, boat tours, etc. The items and supplies in the house are sufficient to meet the needs. It was small but very lovable. Since our check-in time was a little late, it was also nice of Ms. Gülbeyaz to wonder and call and take care of it. Looking forward to seeing you again next year, thank you very much 🥰

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all instructions clearly. The house was spotless, convenient and equipped with all the necessary equipment. Had great time, it was worth it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. Only issue I had was to get into property because the lock number was changed before I came, I wasn’t told about it, until I got there in early mornings when everyone is sleep. I had to call the host couple of times but no response until my taxi guy called her on phone. Other then that I had no issues with property or the host. It is described how it is and perfect location. I will still recommend everyone to stay at this property. It’s worth it. Beautifully designed too.

Ms. Perihan is a very good host and her house is a very good house that meets the needs. We never thought we would have had such a good experience. It made us feel like we were in our own home, and we even thought, “We were the first to hire it so far.” The location of the house is enormous.
