In the living room you can go from the terrace section to the garden from the terrace section. The swimming pool is private and there is a swimming pool for children. There is also space for a large garden, enjoyable minutes and barbeque. With the magnificent historical texture and unique nature of Dalyan, we guarantee you will also have a magnificent holiday in our villa.

Çatı katında ise 1 çift kişilik ve 2 tek kişilik yatağı bulunmaktadır. Çatı katının banyosunda jakuzi bulunmaktadır. Muğla İlinin Ortaca İlçesinde Dalyandadır . Yürüyerek merkeze 8 dk, Dalyan Nehri’ne 5 dk ve Barlar Caddesi'ne 10 dk yürüme mesafesindedir. Merkeze doğru yürürken yol boyunca birçok mağaza ve restoran bulacaksınız.

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

During the day you will spend time in our garden and refreshing jacuzzi, at night you will find peace under the stars around the fire pit in garden.

There is an XXL jacuzzi in our carefully prepared apartment. There are 2 58-inch (147ekran) smart TVs in the living room and the bed facing the jacuzzi. Our rooftop suite is designed with a living room, bed, jacuzzi and island kitchen interdependent. There is no room compartment, etc. We have a kitchen where you can cook and a fireplace where you can cook on our terrace with a glass balcony on the outside. The biggest feature that our villa has sauna, which is open for the use of our guests in summer and winter. It has a large living room, and kitchen has the necessary tools to prepare meals. It also has a covered veranda.
