The landlord takes the meter readings at check-in and check-out and sends a bill for the actual usage via Airbnb.

The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.
