Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, with a view of the city's beautiful landmark; Gåsetårnet. With just 50 meters to shopping, the town square and main street, you are close to everything and can enjoy your vacation in this little gem, which is located on a small cul-de-sac. With a 5-minute walk, you are up in the medieval castle area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Castle Center, Botanical Garden and views of the harbor and the Farø bridges. And it's only a 10-minute walk to a forest.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment contains 2 good large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and an older retro bathroom. The tenant has the entire first floor to themselves with a private entrance. The property is beautifully located 3 km south of Præstø, where there are shopping opportunities and restaurants. The garden and yard can be used freely. Welcome to :-)

The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.
