This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer numerous spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground) where a magnificent swimming pool (10x5m) is also integrated. 🐕🐈 Garden is enclosed & pets are welcome (a pet fee applies). The property is surrounded by nature on a plot of 8,000 m² with a meadow, an olive grove, a swimming pool (8 x 4 m), two large terraces... in a paradise of diversity. The house is bright and fully equipped NB: In the "via a drone" photos, the circular pool has since been replaced by an 8 m x 4 m DESJOYAUX pool and a large 36 m² terrace overlooking the garden NB: Noisy parties strictly prohibited!

55 m2 cottage in a large 17th century stone building, on 3 ha planted with century-old oaks... Ideally located between Forcalquier and Banon, with views of Lure Mountain, in a quiet environment and peaceful nature. Newly restored, it has a kitchen open to the living room (2-seater sofa bed), dining room and an upper floor with shower room/toilet and bedroom (160 cm 2-seater bed +1 cot). We live on site in another wing of the farm. No TV or wifi.

After 2 1/2 years of major renovations, we are happy to finally be able to start welcoming our guests in this haven of peace nestled in the vaulted cellars of an old sheepfold. Ideally located on the edge of the Beynon Forest which marks the entrance to the Baronnies Provençales Park. Easily accessible from the A51 highway exit, perfect for exploring the Baronnies, but also around Gap to Champsaur and Lake Serre Ponçon!

Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.
