La réactivité et la gentillesse des hôtes nous a sauvé nos vacances après une annulation au dernier moment de notre autre location. Le logement s’est parfait pour deux familles.

Great place; nice and private although in amongst other properties. Great help in getting to the house, which would be hard to find otherwise! 15mins walk to the beach and 10mins in car to Benicassim, where there are loads of restaurants and nice beaches. Local beach also great and 15mins walk.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Haus von Sebastien & Eugénie und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Lage sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse! Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber liebevoll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das WLAN hat super funktioniert!!! Das TV-Gerät ist mini und falls die TV-Karte erneuert wird, kann man französische Kanäle schauen (war für uns nicht wichtig). Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber der Pool war für uns herrlich erfrischend und angenehm, sodass wir gar nicht zum Strand wollten! Kaffeemaschine ist inzwischen eine Dolce Gusto und keine Nespresso. Handtücher waren nur 2 Badetücher vorhanden, 2 Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage nachgereicht. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber war gut ausgestattet mit 2-flämmigem Gasofen und kleiner Spülmaschine, der Kühlschrank sehr groß mit Gefrierfächern! Verbesserungspotential sehe ich unbedingt bei den Betten, da alle bis auf das kleine Bett im EG alle knarren oder quietschen und die Matratzen max. 140 cm breit sind.

Hemos estado fenomenal. La casa es espectacular y la zona es estupenda. Está a 2 minutos andando de un par de playas (pequeñas, tipo cala) y muy cerca en coche de Vinaroz y de Benicarló. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y un amplio jardín con terraza que es un verdadero lujo. De 10.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. El alojamiento es perfecto para acudir con un gran grupo de personas, ya que cuenta con un salón-cocina en una nave exterior. Por otro lado, Sana que es la persona que nos recibió es encantadora y atenta. Por último, si tengo que decir algo negativo es que algunos colchones de la tercera casa son de muelles algo incómodos. En general, es una buena estancia para grupos grandes.

Bij aankomst lagen er erg veel hondenharen in de tuin en in het zwembad. Ook rook het in huis behoorlijk naar natte hond. Het schoonmaakteam van Lucien heeft erg zijn best gedaan want de rest van het huis zag er top en schoon uit. In onze ogen zijn de huurders met de hond in gebreke gebleven en hebben geen respect gehad voor Lucien en de volgende huurders. Als je een huisdier meeneemt naar een onderkomen waar andere mensen ook van willen genieten en voor betalen kan je in ieder geval het fatsoen hebben om de boel netjes achter te laten. Daarnaast werkte de deurklink van de voordeur niet meer goed. Lucien heeft gelijk geregeld dat het zwembad de volgende dag schoongemaakt werd en de deurklink is twee dagen later gerepareerd. Voor de nare lucht in huis mochten we op kosten van Lucien geurstekkers kopen. Alles is dus super snel opgelost door Lucien. We hebben twee weken enorm genoten van het heerlijke huis, de tuin, het zwembad en van Vinaròs!! Complimenten!! Frank & Mirjam

La casa en muy buenas condiciones y muy equipada con todo para pasar el fin de semana en familia. La unica pega pondria una lastima aun no estuviera preparada la piscina.

I would highly recommend staying at Asturgal. It is breathtaking. Antonio was a fantastic Host. His communication was clear, informative, and very helpful. He provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. In all my years of AirBnB Antonio was my best Host. We arrived late at night, and Antonio met us in person, which was a lovely touch. He also left a delightful welcome hamper that made us feel at home. Towels, bedsheets, beach towels and all contents of the property are top quality. The property features spectacular views. All bedrooms are well-proportioned, with 5/6 offering great views down the hill overlooking the old town. The kitchen, dining, and living room views are stunning and change beautifully from morning to night. It's a short drive to a lovely 7km sandy beach, and the charming old town nearby has plenty of nice dining options. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Antonio's property for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful villa in a very quiet place. A bit tricky to arrive in the beginning. very comfy and well maintained. The place around has enough services to stay but you need to go by car for sure. The host had very fast communication and we managed well. We will definitely come back again!

La casa genial, limpia, fácil de encontrar, con una piscina de muy buenas dimensiones y lo que más me sorprendió fueron las vistas que tiene, son mejores que en las fotos, una maravilla poder disfrutar de esas vistas, el único pero que pongo es que no tuviera aire acondicionado, por lo demás muy agusto.

la maison de Philippe a été entièrement rénové récemment ! elle est très bien équipée sa situation proche piscine et terrain de tennis est idéal la proximité de la mer et des plages également et cerise sur le gâteau très proche de la réserve naturel pour de superbes randonnées à vélo ou à pied. pour couronner ces superbes vacances, Maria José qui gère les entrées et sorties est extrêmement gentille, très attentionné, flexible !!! une femme exceptionnelle avec le cœur sur la main...elle nous avait même réservé un petit cadeau de bienvenue 😍 vous pouvez réserver vos vacances dans cette maison les yeux fermés !!!

Difficile de trouver les mots tant nous avons aimé notre séjour dans la villa de José Luis. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, pratique. On y trouve toutes les commodités souhaitées. La terrasse est vraiment bien, nous y passions quasi tout notre temps. L'environnement est agréable, les résidents sympathiques et avenants. La piscine est un vrai plus. Nous y allions le matin surtout. Les autres temps étaient consacrés à la plage: nord, de sable, sur le front de mer pour nos ados qui jouaient au beach avec d' autres touristes, ou sud, plutôt rocheuse, dans des criques. Sans compter les excursions inoubliables : Fanzara, Valence... Il est facile de faire les courses, tout est accessible rapidement en voiture. Peniscola est un petit bijou avec son château ! José Luis est un hôte en or, prévenant, qui apporte ses conseils et prend soin de ses locataires même à distance 😊. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ces vacances. Allez y, vous serez comblés !

La casa es espectacular igual que en las fotos, todo nuevo y limpio, menaje, sábanas,toallas como en tu propia casa. Se encuentra a 8 minutos de Peniscola.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa, seguro que volveremos a repetir! Por parte de Sergio muy profesional y atento, gracias por todo.
