Nice apartment at the side of the beach. Perfect for a stay with family and friends. Family and quiet environment, with a good gastronomic offer near bars and restaurants. The area enjoys a warm and sunny climate. Nearby we have other points of tourist interest, such as the largest saltwater spa in Europe, the old case of Oropesa or Benicàssim just 15 minutes away by car, you can also hike through the different green areas and routes.

The terrace is the best, it has a breathtaking view, we were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything.

This place is a real gem — a combination of a very low price and just a few small imperfections makes it a fantastic choice overall. The evenings were magical, filled with the sound of swallows singing and chirping crickets. There are two balconies with views of the sea and a quiet caravan park — it's incredibly peaceful, with absolutely no noise. Yes, the apartment has a few minor flaws, like a quirky striped curtain rod and a bed that wasn't the most comfortable, but honestly, with such an attractive price, these things are easy to overlook. It was a lovely, relaxing stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend!

Mediterranean Beachfront Villa with Stunning Views

Priceless views, a dreamy terrace and a beautiful and quiet area for walking (even with a pseudo private beach in the residential development), less than 30 minutes walk (and 5 by car) from the center of Benicassim. Large beds, comfortable kitchen and a very flexible and kind host. It is a house with a high price, and some of the features of the house are not exactly "luxury", but on balance I highly recommend the accommodation if you are looking for privacy, tranquility and unparalleled views without giving up the convenience of being very close to the urban center. In addition, our dog was very comfortable, which is an undeniable extra.

The apartment is phenomenal. As in the photographs. We parked easily. They explained everything very well, Rosa Mari and her family were very nice and waited for us until we arrived. Everything was tidy and clean. A terrace with a very nice view. Comfortable beds. I recommend this place for anyone going to Oropesa.

We just spent 10 days in this place for Rototom Sunplash in Benicassim. This apartment is extraordinarily beautiful and spacious. There were four of us in there without stepping on each other. The jaccuzzi is a real plus... The sea view is remarkable... The accommodation was extremely clean on arrival and there was absolutely nothing missing in the drawers. Whether in the kitchen or in the house... I recommend this place and this super nice and very responsive host to anyone wanting to go to Orpesa! Great value for money.
