A la espalda del edificio, comienza la vía verde que comunica Oropesa con Benicasim. Cuenta con un dormitorio; con 2 camas y TV, WIFI, baño con ducha, cocina, sala - comedor; con TV y relajantes vistas al mar. Terraza con mesa adicional. Cuenta, además, dentro del mismo edificio residencial, con plaza de parking, piscina y portería.
