40m² detached house, built in 2022, right by the sea, with a capacity for 4 people. It has 1 bedroom and a living room-kitchen area with a sofa bed. Located at the Gerakini intersection, with private parking, just 1 hour from Macedonia Airport. The house has insulation, 2 air conditioners, a garden barbecue, an automatic gate, private beach access, a large covered terrace with stunning sea views, exposed wooden beams, Wi-Fi, a spacious garden, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine.

Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Calypso’s stone house

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

The nearest beach is 1km away and 20km to the east you can swim in some of Chalkidikis most famous beaches. Ideal for those who want serene vacations and a vibrant nightlife as there are nearby seaside towns with eateries and bars.

One flat screen TV in the living room while the flat is also equipped with an AC. The luxury bathroom comes with shower and a hairdryer. Max occupancy 4 adults. Pets are allowed.

Το ASTERIS LUXURY HOUSE είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πρωτεύουσας της Χαλκιδικής το οποίο απέχει 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
