Här är ett hus med mycket utrymme som är fördelat på två plan + källare. Utöver 4 sovrum finns det ett gemensamt kök och ett vardagsrum och på övre våningen ett utrymme med tv. Avskiljd uteplats ingår och tillgång till stor trädgård. Huset ligger i anslutning till vackra naturreservatet Oset som går ihop med Rynningeviken vilket är perfekt för långpromenader eller cykelturer. Huset ligger ca 4 km från centrala Örebro och länsbussen stannar utanför. Närmaste badplats är Hjälmarbaden 8 km bort.

Välkomna att bo i vårt gårdshus beläget Adolfsberg, ett fridfullt villakvarter i Örebro med fri parkering . Sängar är inbäddade. Badlakan finns att hyra. Vi har en vacker trädgård, en katt och några höns som ni gärna får hälsa på. Ibland finns möjlighet att att köpa frukost eller en nybakad bärpaj. I närheten finns Sommarro med fina promenadstråk. Det är ca 3 km till Gustavsvik äventyrsbad och ca 5 km till Örebro city. Mataffärer och apotek finns nära, till Mariebergs köpcentrum är det 4 km.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt von drei Tagen mit vier Erwachsenen. Für uns standen ein großes Doppelbett (180 cm), ein Einzelbett (120 cm) und eine bequeme Schlafcouch (140 cm) zur Verfügung. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Wir konnten die Waschmaschine und den Wäschetrockner nutzen. Es war auch eine Sauna im Haus, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Stannade här en natt då sonen spelade Örebrocupen. Boendet perfekt för vårt syfte. Värdarna svarade alltid snabbt och var lätta att få kontakt med. Gick smidigt att låna laddare för att ladda vår elbil.

A beautiful space We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Lynn’s very stylish and comfortable renovation of a barn loft, with outlook to forests and fields. We were sorry not to see Lynn and compliment her personally, because our schedules did not quite overlap during our overnight stop. We recommend her place highly.

The entrance is framed by open white double doors, leading to a sunlit wooden deck. A small white table with matching chairs is visible outside, surrounded by greenery. Natural light enhances the welcoming ambiance of the space.

Detta är ett fint boende med trevlig ljus inredning. Vi är en barnfamilj på fem personer med tre tonåringar i åldrarna 15-19 och detta gästhus för sex personer passade oss perfekt. Lite brädspel finns för barnen och bra Wi-Fi. Sköna sängar (dock rätt mjuka madrasser) med fräscha kuddar och täcken. Dock kan det bli rätt varmt på övervåningen på sommarhalvåret och om solen legat på under dagen. Om man ska duscha är det bra att vänta en stund mellan varje person, då varmvattnet snabbt tar slut. Tim är en trevlig och tillmötesgående värd med förslag på aktivitet och restauranger. Notera att uppfarten är kort, brant och rätt slirig om man har en tungt lastad bil med framhjulsdrift. På gångavstånd från boendet ligger två fina mindre naturreservat, Ekeby ekhagar och Ekeby Dreve. Perfekt för kvällspromenaden. En lokal pizzeria ligger en minut bort med bil. Extra plus är närheten till Kilsbergen med många fina vandringsleder och naturreservat.

Wir haben uns schon beim reinkommen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die bisher am besten ausgestattete Unterkunft auf unserer Reise. Super schöne, sehr moderne und trotzdem sehr praktische Einrichtung, mit tollen Features. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war super herzlich und der gesamte Aufenthalt war unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung!
