Vacation rentals with a pool in Orlim

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

This is the first BnB that I have experienced that is better than a 5 Star Hotel

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

One of the best value for money Airbnbs I have stayed in Goa. Spacious living room and pool, charming bedrooms and top notch maintenance by the staff. A cook was also arranged for us in no time and breakfast was delicious. 8 mins drive to Candolim situated in a peaceful location. I would definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you Sharvil ☺️

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids). Location: - The place is very close to Patnem beach and around 1km from Palolem beach. - Lots of small restaurants nearby (around 300m) with excellent food options - Very peaceful, quiet and green surrounding yet close to the highway Apartment: - The apartment is quite large with 2 Bedrooms and 2 toilets. - There's an open kitchen with RO water and microwave. - Everything was clean and spic and span. - The linen in both bedrooms was spotless. - Two geysers provide hotwater - Best part is the excellent cross-ventilation. I just loved the plan of the apartment. - The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful Host - Belanti was very friendly and responsive, and provided all recommendations for food, activities, conveyance etc To be aware: - Power does go off sometimes, and there's no UPS The hidden secret is - covered car park which is very very rare! Would love to stay there again!

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
