The others in the region as well as the Cascades du Hérisson are within 30 minutes by car (Vouglans, Chalain, Bonlieu, Etival, Belvédère des 4 lacs in particular). In the basement of our character cottage, the Pinacéa studio is the perfect base for exploring the Jura Lakes region. Also 45 minutes from Les Rousses, 20 minutes from Prénovel for skiing.

You will stay in an outbuilding of an old renovated farmhouse, with panoramic views of the Combe d'Ain: peace and quiet are guaranteed. No direct neighbors. The cottage is located a 5-minute drive from Lake Chalain and all its amenities. Located in the heart of the Jura, you will have easy access to the various sites to visit. Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials. The 230 m2 house is intended for lovers of old stones but also Art and Design in search of a comfortable haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon.

Your accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house where we live. Your room is the old cellar of our house, so your sleep is guaranteed without outside noise! Nana opened her restaurant this summer 2021, it is located next to the cottage. Upon reservation, she offers take-out pizzas on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, and on other days traditional French cuisine, on Saturday an African dish, the menus change every week.
