Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

On the first floor of a small building without elevator, this spacious 60 m² T2 is ideally located on a quiet street. Walking distance to all sights and amenities of Ax-les-Thermes. 300 meters from the thermal baths and cable car, 650 meters from the train station, and a short walk from the square and shops. Well equipped with towels and bed linen, wifi, TV, washer and dryer, oven... The building also has a space on the ground floor to leave your ski equipment or bicycles.

300m from the center town and the cableway, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. 2 Balconeys, a private parking for car and a closed ski locker on the landing. Beds are one big 140x200cm, and two small 80x200cm which can be reunited in a big one 160x200cm. Wifi connexion is avaible in the flat. Non smoking flat.

Best view – Le Petit Chalet – Ax-les-Thermes

I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)
