Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Take the whole family to this newly renovated house with plenty of space! The house was originally built for a mill link from Sulkendrup Mølle, which is a 3 minute walk from the house. The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. In addition, four bedrooms - all with a double bed and TV, and in two of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed. There is a terrace attached to each room and a garden adjacent to the mill forest.
