Det nedre våningsplanet är färdigställt och innehåller entré, hall, kök vardagsrum, sovrum och ute terass med gasol grill. "Lilla huset" ligger i Arbrå på östra sidan av älven Ljusnan. Ett fristående hus på vår tomt där även vi bor. Huset är varsamt och charmigt renoverat. Närhet till natur, 5 min gångavstånd till bad i Ljusnan, 20 min promenad t centrum, 15 min promenad till Arbrå sim och sporthall, 10 min bilresa till Orbaden spa och ” Hälsinglands riviera”, 35 min bilresa till Järvsö med skidåkning och cykling. Till Bollnäs tar det 20 min med egen bil .
