U5 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, and the Bundestag. Within a 5-minute walk, there are 2 REWE, Lidl, and Aldi. The Dongxuan Center is a 10-minute stroll away. Perfect for couples, friends or small families (up to 3 people). I live here with my two kids – personal touches, books, photos and everyday things give the place its charm. We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Great quiet apartment near Boxi

The apartment on the top floor, 4th floor is about 300 m from Boxhagener Platz and U5 S-Samariter on a quiet street. Cafés, restaurants, pubs, a huge selection of stores and shops are all within walking distance. The apartment is open plan with separate bedrooms. There are two terraces, one facing south-east and one facing north-west. It is fully furnished, no roommate, including bed linens and towels.

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
