Vacation rentals with a pool in Orange Park

House is nice and extremely clean. The pool is an excellent addition to an already great spot. John is very communicative and was super proactive sorting out issues with the pool cleaner. All in, we had a great stay!

It was a nice and comfortable stay felt like I was right at home. Lots to do in the area and couldn’t have asked for a better house. Really enjoyed our stay and made some great memories.

The house was amazinggg! It was literally like a girly girl house & was super pretty and it was just so relaxing! Definitely loved the aesthetic & the pictures on the walls! Felt like I was out of town even tho I was still in jax! The pool was also veryyy pretty! If I had to stay again I most definitely would!!! 10/10!!

Really nice and comfortable home, exactly liked in the photos. It really felt like home. Everything was placed were they were supposed to be, easy to find. All appliances we used were in working order. TVs in every room. The pool water was warm, the hot tub was hot. The grill was large and functioned well. One of the rooms is by the pool, separated, outside of the house. Some in my group liked that a lot. The A/C did its job and there are fans in every room as well. Light switches were labeled. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind staying here again!

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

We visited Jacksonville for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The pool, grill and sunroom were amazing and we spent most of our time watching tv out there until it was too hot. The home is an older home so if you are looking for high class and perfection this is not for you because the house has character. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the most important thing to me was the comfortable bed and we slept so well, which has been a problem in the past at other homes! We visited the pier at Jacksonville beach an went to the Riverside Arts Market that is held on Saturdays, which was my favorite part of the trip. It is under a major bridge by the water with live music and so many local vendors. Highly recommend if you like festival! Neither was far from the home. There were restaurants and grocery stores close to the house so we went to Starbucks, CVS, Publix and Longhorn while we were there. We also drove to a mall a city over that was not too far away.

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Gary & Rachael were wonderful hosts! The unit was spotless, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully maintained. The building is a bit older, but you don’t feel that at all inside, it felt brand new, cozy, and really nice. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the gated entry and having the parking spot right at the door. The pull-down Murphy bed was super easy to set up and put away daily, and the mattress topper made it very comfortable. I loved the surprise ocean and pier view from the couch, thanks to a lower sand dune in front of the unit. The property also has direct beach access, a pool, and washer/dryer units (though I didn’t use them). I had a few questions, including when I first arrived and had a little trouble getting in, and the hosts responded quickly each time. They also shared great local tips. I came looking for a quiet place to write, and this was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely stay again!

This was our 4th time staying here. Always a blessing! Convenient to everything and we enjoy the amenities.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This place was amazing. The beach views were stunning. No picture could capture it! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and safe. Even though you’re in a complex, walls aren’t paper thin which creates more privacy for your family! Tiffany was very responsive and helpful - even informed us of local events. The place is as listed, fully stocked for pretty much every need, and super convenient for the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or even the bed. We would love to rebook in the future!

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your property with us!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay for our short vacation! Everything was like it was in the picture. Location was perfect for us my kids loved the pool. Everything worked like it should and felt right at home. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again when we come back down.
