This was the absolute perfect place for our family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation with 3 generations of family. The hang out space and kitchen were excellent for our family and friends. The house is old and charming with some quirks that we chose to love. Highly recommend and grateful for the memories made. Jeff couldn’t have been a better host.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. We were a group of 16 and the house meet our needs. We attended an event at Fenway and Gillette Stadium, the location was great. Tom and Marissa were great host and communication with them was easy. We would stay with them again if traveling to this area.

The pictures of this place are gorgeous but seeing it in person is jaw dropping. It is such a cute cabin that has so much to do. Every-turn there was a game to play or an area to hangout in, so much so that we stayed in both nights instead of going to Snow Barn near mount snow. Not only is the upstairs so beautiful, but the bedrooms too! If you love a cabin vibe that has gorgeous decor this place is it. My friends and i came here for my 23rd birthday, so the built in bar upstairs was definitely a great add on! The hosts are also very nice and supply everything in the home that you need, I swear there was like a million blankets! During our stay there was a snowstorm and the hosts reached out first making sure that if we needed a late checkout it was okay, and also reached out to their plow guy to come as soon as he could. We were a bit nervous driving out and they made sure our safety was first rather than checking out. Great hosts and amazing house! Will be coming again, thank you!!<3

This property is uniquely located close to a classic New England downtown area and yet also away from it so that you can appreciate the quiet and birdsong in its idyllic backyard. There are many places in and around the house to sit together or alone and you can have a blast across the street in the barn playing pool table, ping pong and foosball. Even though the weather was cool and a little rainy, we still had a great time because of where we were.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the spot right on the water was amazing!! The indoor and outdoor spaces were both so lovely. Highly recommend.

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Josh was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable — we would definitely stay again!

It was a rainy weekend, so it was especially nice that there was a pool table, a fuzeball table, and lots of places in the house to hang out together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the shared space was large and inviting. We enjoyed making meals together in the open kitchen. And the neighbor was so picturesque! We loved staying next door to the horses and donkeys, and taking walks on your beautiful farm-filled road. Thanks so much for making our stay such a special weekend. We all hope to ba back again! Beautiful place. We caught fish off the dock. Loved sitting in the kitchen,catching up with friends.

Our friend group really enjoyed staying here on a rainy weekend in May. Hanging out by the wood burning stove and doing puzzles at the table was a highlight, and our dog loved being able to be outside on the dog run. The location was fantastic - right in between Lenox and North Adams - so we were able to access museums and hikes easily. Would highly recommend!

Very unique house close to Mass MOCA. Beautiful kitchen and unique furniture and light fixtures. Clear instructions and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Weather was a bit too cold and rainy to use the hot tub but great to have that option. A wonderful place to be close to the main attractions of North Adams.

The home is gorgeous - thoughtfully decorated, cozy and clean. The location is perfect for access to Stratton and to Manchester. The host, Jason, provided very clear and helpful instructions for check-in, check-out and use of the home and is friendly and attentive. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Heather & Gene were amazing hosts. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Heather and Gene were both incredibly accommodating and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—close to Wachussett Mtn and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit!

Rare that luxury, comfort, simplicity and charm come together but when it does, you know it. We absolutely loved this place. An authentic Vermont farmhouse - the kind of retreat we all wish we had and few possess. A spacious, rich and warm home that feels like it’s been in your own family for a 100 years. The books, the art, the games, the jigsaw puzzles, the ukuleles(!), the kitchen, the barbecue, the three pairs of guest mud boots on the screened-in stone-floored porch. It’s almost too generous in its appointments, but never feels like you’re spending time among someone else’s belongings. While adjacent to the seldom traveled road, (most Vermont houses are) our family relaxed in lazy silence as we lay about the oversized living room reading and chatting, enjoying meals and jigsaw puzzles on the great table in the central dining room, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen which led out to the barbecue and backyard and Adirondack chairs. 10/10 no notes!

Our family getaway of 3 generations enjoyed the beautiful outdoors- between the magnificient pool, peaceful lake and the expansive yard where we were able to have fun playing the bocce set and cornhole game we brought. The outdoor seating kitchen area was perfect for gathering and so inviting for conversation and just relaxing. Ashley was easy to reach and responded to any questions.

This was our second stay at Donna & Greg’s lovely charming old house with all modern amenities. Peaceful, private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more, we have been staying in different Airbnb’s nearby Concord and theirs is hands-down the best one listed!

The cabin was lovely! We went for a little weekend getaway with some friends and it is a great space for such an occasion. There is a surprising amount of space in and around the house and we didn't even use the three season porch. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely a cute little home away from home!

Michelle and this property are absolute gems. The place is spotless, full of clean and well-maintained pots, pans, kitchen utensils, appliances, and tableware. All the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We have learned from past rentals that the home is not always cleaned properly. So we normally wipe down all the counters, faucets and tables prior to use. This is the only home that we’ve rented that came away with ZERO dirt. Michelle’s very prompt communication contains very detailed information regarding the house and things to-do around the area. We are in awe of this house and Michelle. We hope that all future renters continue to respect the property so that many more can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Such a relaxing place, space for everyone to spread out and to gather…kids played in the barn because it was a rainy weekend and sadly too cold for a swim. Great kitchen with all necessities. four minutes to gorge trail head where my son ran 50 miles in the beast coast ultra. highly recommend
