House vacation rentals in Orange County

After the hustle and bustle of working near the city, this home was a much needed peaceful retreat. Spacious; Comfortable; Large bed to sink into at the end of the night; and peaceful grounds. We had our two toy poodles with us and they had a treat running the fenced in yard. If the weather cooperated, we would have been in the pool. Next time-;)

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Staying at Ayumi’s place was EXACTLY what we were looking for. I swear, it was like staying at your friend’s house while they were away. The home was wonderfully decorated and equipped for everything we needed. The front and back yard’s were beautifully kept and the hot tub was a hit. We came into town for my brother’s wedding and it could not have worked out better. Highly recommend!

This place has everything we were looking for - pool, hot tub, and a yard for our dogs. This is the second time we stayed here, and it was perfect once again!

Loved it! Had such an amazing getaway with close friends. We had two families with young kids, several friends, and two dogs - and everyone had a blast. The property feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside but you’re also 10 minutes from a grocery store. The pool was heated to perfection for May weather, and so nice to have the saltwater instead of the chlorine. The tennis courts were fun for those who played, and fun for the kids to run around and hit balls on or roller skate. The house had a wall of games to keep both the adults and the kids entertained. There was plenty of space in the house to spread out and come together as needed. Host was super accommodating and so easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!

This is a great home with plenty of space and much attention has been paid to make your stay comfortable, the stay was excellent and Fonseca was extremely quick to respond to our text messages. Highly recommended to others.

The house was lovely with beautiful views of the lake. Brand new kitchen and appliances. The beds were super cozy with pristine, fresh linens. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature and kept very clean. I think it's saltwater too, which is great. Our boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and floating out on the canoe. We really appreciated that our dogs were welcomed. It was a nice relaxing stay overall. The host was very friendly and easy to connect with too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in this beautiful four-bedroom home, and it was perfect for our group, each couple had their own comfortable bedroom. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, all our questions were answered promptly and clearly. We would be happy to come back!

We’ve been going to Greenwood Lake for many years but this was our first time with kids and it was the perfect home for two couples and three kids. They loved the slide and hammock and all the space to run around outside as well as the game room upstairs. We took the boat out on the lake during the day and one day a family of swans even came up to the dock. It was so special! Dana had everything we needed plus things we hadn’t even thought to bring (like extra long skewers to roast marshmallows for s’mores in the fire pit!) It was a beautiful backdrop for a lovely weekend and we wished we could have stayed longer. Overall fantastic and above and beyond!

We had such a relaxing weekend in the cabin. Highly recommend for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle! Everything was as described and any questions were quickly answered. Overall a wonderful place to stay :)

Simon & Stella were wonderful, the place was gorgeous, spotless, and had everything provided like a luxury hotel stay. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the pond has local wildlife, the grass beautiful, the view... Was an honest recharge just to hang out there, go nowhere, do nothing. Garrett and Chad were very responsive and gave a great recommendation for dinner in town. We had an issue with the microwave not working but decided not to have it fixed while we were there since we were leaving the next day. The house and grounds are very spacious and clean. Bedrooms are good sizes. You’ll even have some deer graze right near the house. Overall a great stay!

Perfect quiet place for our weekend stay. Was in town for a truck show so the host made sure we had water hook up to wash our trucks when we got there. House was super nice and bigger than expected!

Lisa was extremely kind and helpful before and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and we had an awesome weekend in Warwick. Would definitely come back!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

Great stay in Warwick! About a half mile walk to town. Here for a girls weekend and the house was perfect for our small group. Kitchen is fully stocked with knives, anything you might need. We went on the lake loop at Wawayanda and lunch at Pennings Farm. Would definitely come back.

Second time staying here. Looking forward to a third stay next spring. Excellent communication and clean, comfortable house.

We were a group of 9 for a weekend work retreat, and this was the perfect place to host! Spacious, clean, and beautiful views surrounded by nature. Sean was always responsive, and had the place stocked with amenities. We all enjoyed our stay here, and can't recommend it enough! :)
