In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Your own little hotel room

Studio/bedroom with private entrance and bathroom in Hamar for rent. 12 sqm bedroom/living room plus bathroom of 3 sqm. Mini fridge and practical table for meals or as a workplace. The place is well suited for longer stays if you are more fond of eating dinner out/getting it delivered to the door (recommend the app Delivia!) than cooking it yourself. When booking longer stays, the place will be cleaned, including change of linen/towels every 14 days.

Basement suite (no kitchen) close to metro and bus

Cozy suite in the basement of a stylish 2015 house, with private entrance. It is located in the beautiful and calm area of Ullern, close to subway and bus stops that connect to the city centre in 15-20 minutes, and Flybussen FB3 (direct night line to Oslo Airport in 70 minutes). This 23 m2 suite consists of a nice living room, bathroom and washing room. There is NO KITCHEN available but there is a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee/tea amenities.

Very compact apartment 13m2 (140ft2) with double bed. Modern bathroom with shower. 4 minutes to subway, 11 minutes to city center. Wi-Fi (150mbs+). Fresh air. Check-in is basically from 6 pm (due to preparation), but can be from 12 pm by appointment. There is stair-free access from the parking lot, but if you want to use the subway, you have to go up and down stairs.

Beautiful basement suite for rent, in a quiet residential area. 3 minutes walk to bus stop. (Bus 160, goes to Oslo S, via Sandvika every 15 minutes) 5 minutes drive to Kolsås subway station. And if you come by car, there is free parking in the courtyard. Possible to arrange pick-up at Kolsås subway station, if it fits with arrival time.

Dette er en hybel i første etasjen av vårt hus. Gratis parkering rett utenfor døren. Det finnes et litet fint kjøkken til denne leiligheten. Soverommet har en seng (180/200) og et bord. I stuen og kjøkkenet finnes en stor sofa. Tv i rommet. Baderommet er nytt og fint. Det finnes også tre klesskap. Normale husregler.
