La Cure's Cabanon (Medieval Studio B&B)

The Cabanon is a Provence stone build studio, part of the historical house called "La Cure" on the highest elevation point of Menerbes . Located on the second floor facing southwest, you'll access it using an outside stone stair from the garden on the ground floor. Old fashioned but well maintained. It offer a breathtaking view on the Luberon and a most relaxing environment for a few days of peace. Since April this year "La Cure (Historical Guesthouse)" is also available for booking on Airbnb.

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

We had a great time, The accommodation is super well equipped, functional, clean, pleasant, bright and comfortable, the house also remains cool on sunny days! Perfect for nights. Beautiful walks are possible and it is located about 20 minutes around many other atypical villages to visit. It is very easy to park there. Sylvie and her spouse are great hosts as we love them, welcoming, smiling, simple..... We often come to the area, I think we found the place where we will take refuge.

The studio is well-equipped for a comfortable, restful stay, and in close proximity to the most beautiful villages in the Luberon. Catherine offered wonderful recommendations and insight into the region. I appreciated also her friendly and discreet presence. It was a pleasure staying; my only regret is that it wasn't long enough so we will definitely return.
