Great peaceful place that is easily accessible. Check in was easy and there are designated parking areas for Airbnb guests. Overall, great stay.

The unit is very clean and comfortable to stay at. The kitchen is well-equipped — all the basic cooking utensils are provided and there’s also a microwave. Condiments are also provided in the unit. Netflix account is also available — perfect for some netflix and chill staycation. Would be better though if there’s a bathroom door instead of a curtain. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in John’s unit. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice. It is also very accessible and clean. A home away from home. The owner is also very nice because she accommodated us even if it was on short notice. Worth the price

Mabale Homestead has become my second home while I am visiting family in CDO. This was my fourth long term stay. Always very clean with all the household items you will need. Air con in bedrooms are amazing! Water cooler in the kitchen is a blessing on hot days and the WiFi is consistent (I am able to VPN to USA for work every day). The house is quite spacious with a great room where the family can congregate together while cooking, eating, and gathering in the sitting area. Ate Alice and her beautiful family have become good friends and we enjoy our time with them very much (and don’t forget the dogs!) Centrally located in Nazareth, it is very easy to get everywhere in CDO! Susie is great and we are very appreciative of her flexibility and kindness. Highly recommend this space in CDO! And I look forward to returning later this year for the holidays! Thank you Alice and Susie! We will be back!!

The brick house was amazing. Linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and the overall place looked amazing. Felt like we were overseas. The water dam behind the house was also very nice to listen to at night. Overall the place was GREAT! A bit on the expensive side but it’s 100% worth it.

The place was great. House was clean and spacious. A bit far from the city but if you have your own car then it is not an issue.

The views were wonderful and the house had stocked everything we needed, even laundry. Although we had some issues come up during our stay, MJ was always available to help resolve them. Please be aware that this is the province and the infrastructure of the region may not be the best, so running water may be limited and brown outs can occur. There were also lots of bugs but this is to be expected given the location. Grab is not available in the area, but the host has food available for purchase. The free drop off to the airport was a great plus as well. Overall, if you’re flying in our out of CDO and like beautiful views, MJ’s home stay is the place to go.

i did not stay myself, i rented for my in-laws to bring kids there is no wifi/tv ..so if you have kids take note maybe not best...but for adult looking to get away sounds great to me! there is store nearby for food the kids really liked the pool and said they had fun the beach...beautiful and fun for fire and watching waves but a bit rocky for kids to play in, but there are other sandy beaches nearby host was very cool and friendly i will stay there myself when i make it back to phils with my wife, but feedback seems to be its better for adult vacation

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

Super nice place, peaceful atmosphere. Accommodating kaayo ang owner sa place. We rented the villa for our first outing with barkada and worth it ang payment. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Big pool as posted here, Naa sad own parking sa guest 3 cars can fit in. Pet friendly gi bring namo amo pet here🤍🤍 more power sa owner!

The friendly atmosphere and responsive host, Ms. Ann, made the stay convenient, and I'll definitely book it again on my next trip to Cagayan de Oro.

Ash is nice and responsive during our stay and came to the flat to solve our little problem with the shower. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Cagayan de Oro. Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome flat. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.
