This is a really good place to book. The description matched the accommodation. James is a responsive and proactive host. There are several transport options available in close proximity to the center of Manchester. However, it is walkable 25 - 30 minutes to the: restaurants, bars and shops.

The flat was perfect. Me and 3 friends stayed whilst going to a concert at the Co-op arena in manchester. The flat is centrally located, within easy reach of northern quarter and within 3 mins of a tesco metro and sainsburys local. It was easy to pick up the keys and then get into the flat. The flat itself was pristine and well equipped for our one night stay. The beds were comfortable, pillows nice and fluffy and the bed linen was so clean and pretty. The bedrooms are cosy but not cramped in any way. There is a small rail with hangers for clothing and full length mirrors which were very useful. Both bathrooms spotless and had shampoo/shower gel. The water was hot and all four of us had decent length showers with no issue. The flat was quiet at night, even though we had the windows open and it is on a busy street. There isnt parking but there is a private car park at the rear (possibly ncp) which i believe you can book and stay overnight in. Overall this is a fab place 🙂

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new, from the furniture to the kitchen essentials. You can tell it’s been recently renovated with care. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and looked like the photos. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation!

I stayed at this apartment for two days with family and had a great experience. The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with—always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Once we had the details to get in, everything was straight forward. The apartment was tidy, clean and in good order, the bathroom was nice and clean and the balcony was large! Overall in good walking distance to the centre of the city as well. Very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time at Tracy’s and Perry’s. Perfect walking distance from our daughters, transport and town. Loved the peaceful location and the space. Thank you for our great basket of goodies. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at the Roost . The accomodation was excellent, a lovely little place and spot on location. Great value for money, everything we needed for overnight stay. Right in the heart of West Didsbury and transport to central Manchester, we used tram and bus. would highly recommend amd would certainly return again ! - thanks

Both the place and the host were remarkable!! The instructions for checking in couldn’t have been simpler which is often a bit of a nightmare when you sign up for visiting a metropolis, so Olly’s effort to a guide and walkthrough were unmatched! So friendly and responsive. The place was really well presented and if you’re lucky to visit in beautiful weather you get a lovely skyline view with a sunset !

My wife and I were going to Show at the co-op live we were able to walk there and walk home easily and quickly. We definitely come again!

This apartment was just perfect, especially because we were going to the co op live just across the main road, would definitely stay again if I ever went to the co op live again. Very accessible and a very stunning apartment.

loved staying here, we loved the art and the vibe of the flat. the location was excellent. plenty of local food and drink right on your doorstep. caroline’s husband came by and he was very nice. really enjoyed the kitchen, all appliances very clean. would highly recommend!

Very responsive and friendly host. The place looks like the photos. Easy check-in. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It’d be great to have amenities like shampoo, rinse and body wash provided and some other facilities get fixed. The glassdoor of the one of the bedrooms was detached and almost fell off, but wasn’t a big deal for us since we don’t use it. Overall worth the price.

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Chris was a welcoming and friendly host. Her place was spotlessly clean and perfect for a two person stay. We loved the hot tub and the view of the field and hills. Great to be able to access the countryside right from the cabin. Pubs within strolling distance - a great choice for a peaceful break.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

Amazing stay! Amazing hosts! Thank you Sam for being a great host. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed - even a complimentary cocktail! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Flexible check in and check out. Overall a very peaceful location and easy access to places via taxi. Although a small Airbnb, it was cosy with enough space for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was lovely, large, and clean. The garden was pretty and well kept with lovely lights and a cosy summer house. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. No faults at all!
