In the village of Opatovac, 18 km from Vukovar and 19 km from Ilok on the bike route Srijem and Erovelo 6. In front of the entrance to the courtyard stretches Srijem vineyards and fields, and on the back side of the house there is a view of the green hillside and the river Danube. Old German house dating from 1927. Peaceful suburb of Vinkovci, located 3,5km from city centre. House is 2+2 (+2), with all appliances. One of the bedrooms (wooden doors) is located outside from the main house with it's own heating, so you have some privacy. Main house is heated with wood, combined with AC heater. No wifi and no jacuzzi. Spend time with each other and enjoy!

We booked the house Lena in August this year. The landlords are absolutely accommodating, super nice and always available for questions! The place was super clean and everything was available as described! As a welcome, there was a homemade liquor from the father for us adults and juices and nibbles prepared for the kids, as well as a huge fruit plate! On request, what you can explore in the area, there were numerous tips for sights and restaurants! The only thing that didn't quite fit in the description was the beach access. The Donai was already a few hundred meters away, which did not bother us! If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place to be! After all the scepticism we had at the beginning, since Josip was only available on Airbnb since 2024, we were all the more surprised! Everything was great and we'd be happy to come back anytime!!! The Bella holiday home is located in a nice, quiet place close to the city. The hosts were very welcoming and welcoming. The house is gorgeous and very tidy and we really enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, close to everything, and in the app everything you need. Neat and sensibly arranged. If I come again, I'll come back here.

very nice and cosy appartement. very clean , good beds, everything you need in the kitchen and air conditioning! just to warn future visitors it is on the 4th floor without elevator ( but easy to park ).
