We had a really nice stay at Brigita's. The place was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Brigita was super friendly, always helpful and provided us with great tips – from a nice boat trip to delicious restaurants in the area. The location of the accommodation right by the sea is unbeatable, and the view from the balcony to the water is really unique – we enjoyed it every day.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Stunning views from the balcony and a beautiful apartment with everything you may need. Short walking distance to a beautiful beach. Extremely helpful staff that were available 24/7. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. View from the window is beautiful, children and dog explored the tiny “island” nearby. We have never been in seaside apartment with so well equipped kitchen- there was everything, even dishwasher, mixer, citrus squeezer, toaster etc. and basic ingredients like salt, sugar, vinegar, oil; herbs are growing around the house. There are a lot of cuddling cats on the island and nice hiking trails for us who come out of the season. Ivo welcomed us warmly and was useful when we needed info about doctor on the island- there is doctor in Žman and in Sali. Great vacation overall.

Our host was great. Very friendly. You wouldn’t know they were underneath you. The house was spotless. Larger than expected and lots of places to hide, sit and chase the weather. Very clean, everything you need is there. Little welcoming gestures were on the table when we arrived. It was a very close walk to the ferry and into the town. We would definitely go back.

We had a dream week at Ljerka and her son Franz's place! Upon arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of charcuterie and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and willing to help. The apartment is in a great location, quiet, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Zadar. The balcony has a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to a semi-private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little piece of heaven, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it without a second thought, and even x1000, for all those looking for a peaceful break by the water!

Accommodation was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Sanja is a great host and the place is perfectly clean. It's a cosy place right next to the sea. My mom and I were very happy with it 😊

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

The owners were very helpful and kind. The stay and the local recommendations was nothing but incredible!

A place near the sea - 30-50m. Space for a car by the building. Shop 600 m. Sun and water what more could you want😉. Hosts somewhere in the shade and everything on the property and time 👍 I recommend it and would love to go again.

The apartment and outdoor space is cozy and perfectly equipped, it is perfectly clean and we felt great in it. Zrinka is a very attentive and sensitive host. We were absolutely satisfied! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The place was lovely. Had the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. Private and quiet the best location for a perfect vacation.
