In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store, restaurant and children playground.
