Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. A compact tasteful sitting room dining area with a beautiful view. A kitchenette with fridge induction plate Nespresso and microwave. Basic ingredients provided (coffee tea pepper salt oil vinegar). Private toilet. At the back terrace doors (also entrance) private garden (on SW) veranda and 2nd terrace (dining table, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ). From the living room staircase to floor with bright luxurious bedroom king bed modern bathroom, shower and double sink. Very quiet and 1.5km from Domburg and beach!

Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

If you want to be close to the beach, you have come to the right place! We live only 10 minutes by bike from the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. We are also close to the famous seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande. You can enjoy cycling on the island of Walcheren on our rental bikes. Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle overlooking church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Sunny balcony at the rear and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (May 1 - Sept. 15). In July and August, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat).

On the edge of the picturesque village of Aagtekerke and only 2 kilometers away from Domburg, you can enjoy the wide view in our beautiful guest house in peace. This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
