On the outskirts of the city but so quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB on the quay... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik) on the border of the province of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

The recently renovated "Guesthouse De Hucht " is a great place to really relax....with a large veranda and spacious views of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to its location a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the stone oven!! "Guesthouse De Hucht" itself is 87m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. There is a living-dining area with TV and full kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a toilet.

Even when entering the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. And that's exactly the feeling we want to give you. Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms (without heating) with both a double bed.

In the middle of all hiking trails and bike paths, you will find this unique location on the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie. A 1950s converted caravan with a wood-burning stove outside on the water. You can use a sanitary unit with shower, sink, and toilet. The caravan has power and a heater for the cold nights. In the middle of the nature reserve Natura 2000, surrounded by many bunkers, forts and 7 minutes by bike from Glastad Leerdam

Rural apartment

Feel at home in our cozy apartment in the rural Nieuwland. A beautiful view on the polder and over 'de Vliet'. It is a good base for cycling along the Linge or a day of fishing at one of the many fishing spots nearby. Of course, you can also just 'stay home' because the apartment has everything for a relaxing stay. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every modern comfort.
