Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

Op ons erf vind je dieren, een moestuin en gezellige hoekjes. De omgeving leent zich perfect voor recreatie langs dijken, rivieren en uiterwaarden. Jezelf lekker terugtrekken met bij je caravan of in de hangmat? Dan ben je bij ons ook op het juiste adres. Alles is lekker back to basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

This cozy, atmospheric, detached cottage is an outbuilding on our property in the outskirts of Kaatsheuvel. The former coach house has been converted into a family-friendly vacation home and can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful, rural garden with plenty of play opportunities for the children. Go to the Efteling, the Loonse and Drunsense dunes, for example, and enjoy the tranquility and good atmosphere of this cottage and the garden when you return.
