Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. Österlen bjuder på sin vackraste solnedgång på uteplatsen till detta lugna och moderna boende. Välkomna till Lundsgård. Här kan ni vila i avskildhet mellan besöken på allt vad Österlen erbjuder. Annexet har sex bäddar (två i bäddsoffa), modernt kök med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, kaffeapparat och brödrost. I badrummet finns dusch, tvätt-maskin och torktumlare. Ni parkerar precis utanför. Brandstationen på Österlen

Bo i ett unikt boende i ett lugnt hörn av vackra Österlen. Njut av lugnet och enskildheten vid ån som rinner förbi denna unika byggnad. Brandstationen som byggdes 1930 renoverades fullständig till drömboende 2018 och har sedan dess inte bara tjänat som fritidshus utan har också varit med i både Svensk och Tysk TV samt massor av tidningsreportage. Här bor upp till 8 personer bekvämt med allt man behöver. Närhet till stränder och mysiga byar ingår.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.

Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house that was completed in 2024. A hide away for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites you amusement, play, desire and creativity. Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
