We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. The apartment is fully self contained with own private entrance and kitchen. 30 mins from the CBD and 30 mins from Auckland international airport. Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

H ad an absolutely terrific 3 week work stay at Nicola’s apartment. Countdown is just around the corner, Takapuna village is a 12-min walk, and the building itself is super safe and secure. Neighbors are all friendly, too. Did I mention HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS?? Nicola (and Amanda) are incredibly responsive hosts, and so flexible and generous. My project continues in a couple of months and I hope the apartment is available again then. (Ubering everywhere takes just about 15 minutes, but next time I think we will hire a car since there is assigned parking to give us flexibility to explore a bit more.)

The apartment is completely new, everything was very clean, well equipped (I would appreciate bigger sofa but no big deal as you can lay in the comfortable bed.) Also pool and gym looked nice (we just did not use it but checked the out:)). Ying was responsive and nice.
