Vacation rentals with a patio in Oneida Lake

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment during my 20-year Colgate Reunion and had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. I was very comfortable in the apartment and had everything I needed. I loved the view from the bedroom window and enjoyed walking around outside to see the beautiful gardens, pond, orchard, and windmills. I really appreciated little details like bottled water and the welcome message John wrote on the whiteboard. Thank you so much!

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a large parking space that was perfect for the cargo van we were traveling in. Juan was very polite, friendly and responded to everything quickly. I would highly recommend this place if you need something in the area.

Great apartment, it seems as if the place was just remodeled, everything was really clean from the door mat to the sheets. clutter free and QUIET new appliances with pots pans and cooking itesm along woth glassware and Keurig coffe maker 100% would recomend for anyone in the area .....even if you are visiting Utica its worth a look! Feels like home at an affordable rate Dollar for Dollar worth every penny !

Brendan and Amanda were top shelf hosts . Extremely quick responses to any questions. Very easy check in and property was 100% as advertised . Cozy , at home feel , with everything you need . Highly recommend this propery if you are in the Auburn area.

Any question I had was answered promptly. Access to the pool, hot tub, and fireplace was a nice touch. It was a secluded area, very quiet and peaceful. Close enough to several places, but not in the hustle and bustle of the main towns.

This is the second time we have stayed at Timothy‘s gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in a different unit this time and it was just as cozy and clean as the other one. We just love the home, the wood floors, the giant windows and on and on. This is a great location, a quick walk to downtown- coffee, grocery store, restaurants, museums and more. We did have a question for Timothy the first night we arrived and he responded within minutes. He’s a very nice and caring person. We will be staying again :)

Jessica was truly the definition of a Super Host. We’ve stayed in many places and I can’t tell you how amazing she was from check in to check out. Responsive, friendly, and very professional. The house is breathtaking and nicely organized, we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to return! Our family enjoyed staying at her space and we made many core memories. Book this, you won’t regret it.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

Fantastic experience! Easy to book and be in and out, all the amenities you ever want at a lake house! We had so much fun kayaking and canoeing and playing in the yard with cornhole and connect four. Hot tub was great, a very peaceful relaxing weekend. Enjoyed veggies on the grill outside and loved the beautiful, well appointed kitchenThank you, Eric! Appreciate all your help!

The house was awesome; huge, clean and perfect for a large group. Tafari was a great host, would certainly come back and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Family of 5 with 3 littles (1,3,5 YO) and the home worked great for us. Home is very clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. Michael communicated well and was a great host!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hosts were great with communication and have created a space that is warm and inviting. In addition, there are many walkable bars/ restaurants in the area. We would love yo stay again in the future. Highly recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house! The snowy landscape and the frozen lake created a magical winter wonderland, making it the perfect getaway. The house itself was in a fantastic location, close to good restaurants and casinos, yet still felt private and peaceful. The fully loaded kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the board games were a great touch for cozy nights in. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying s’mores by the bonfire, a perfect way to end the day. The views from the house were simply breathtaking, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories, this is it. Highly recommend!

Joseph and Darya were excellent. They communicated all essential information, home had a list of stores, restaurants etc. Darya replied promptly to any inquiries I had. The house is amazing with the most peaceful views. We all annoyed our time there and definitely recommend. Thank you Joseph & Darya!

Megan's place was a great spot for our conference in Cortland. We had enough space for the 3 of us. The condo was comfortable, hot water for showers was plentiful, and we had all we needed for a pleasant stay. Megan responded quickly when messaged with a question. If you are going in after dark please note that there is not a lot of street lighting in the community (certainly NOT a reflection on our host).

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

This is a great spot in Armory Square! The BnB is extremely well cared for and in great shape. Will definitely be back
