Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

This place is something else...we wanted to extend our stay right away. You wake up, lift your head, and see the Acropolis The terrace is great, we loved spending time in the jacuzzi while having a great view of the Actopolis again. The Appartement is very nicely decorated, you have all the amenities needed and lot of space. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, giving insider tips and helping out whenever needed. We loved it so much, we're already planning to come back.

I had a good time staying at this place because it was located in a great area. The apartment was modern and super clean. The walk to the metro and places to eat are only 2 minutes with a million places to chose from. The only bad thing I would say is, the best view of the acropolis is from the hot tub or jacuzzi. Lastly, if you are a person who stays up late and sleeps in, well this place does not have black out curtains so the natural light might be an issue. Other than that, I would still stay at this place again.

the location was amazing, everything was close to walking distance. The room had everything provided for you just as it was stated. As for the view from the balcony? it was breathtaking especially during the sunset. Would 100% recommend!!!

We stayed in this apartment for a few days as a starting point for exploring the city of Athens and the acropolis and Parthenon it’s about a 30min walk from the apartment to the acropolis and the acropolis museum and the streets along the way are interesting and it makes it a nice walk the area around the apartment was fine but according to the taxi driver that dropped us off from the airport it’s a bit of a rougher area but we had no problems and maybe a 2 minute walk not even there’s a lovely square with restaurants and cafes wjere we found ourselves winding Down in the evening, the hosts where very responsive with anything we was curious about we had a small hiccup at the start and somehow locked the bathroom door from the outside and wasn’t able to get in but that was fixed by the hosts within 30mins of me informing them. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend it to others 👍🏼

It was an incredible home base for our stay in Athens. It was in a central, walkable location which made getting around super easy. We never had to use the metro. Plus, you never get tired of the view. The host was super kind, friendly, and gave us some killer recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked.
