A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. Check-in worked wonderfully, communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

We spent an extended weekend with 13 people in this beautiful cottage. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The creek in particular was a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Thanks to this great place, we spent wonderful days in the Sauerland. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning; everything was exactly as described. A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children .. everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Even the old weather didn't bother us much, because the accommodation was really good! Very close to the lake. Direct hikes possible. Any time again! Pia All as described.

What a beautiful place Christine and Tom have, in the middle of the old town! The house is very cozy & well equipped and both Arnsberg and the surrounding area are beautiful. In addition, the contact with the hosts was very nice. Absolutely recommended!

lovely stay for a family! We asked for 2 baby beds which they also placed inside. It is a very spacious, comfortable place with lovely views. Very nice and responsive host. eill defenitely recommend for groups/families looking for a nice getaway

The place is just as great as the photos. You have an unobstructed view of the lake and the apartment is sparkling clean and well equipped. There was a little welcome gift on the table that we were very happy about. Everything is super light and spacious. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for the great break!

The property is just a few minutes' walk from Diemelsee and has plenty to offer. From a well-equipped kitchen to a beautiful electric fireplace to a well-maintained sauna. We only found the price for bed linen and towels per person to be a bit too high. We felt very comfortable, took walks on the lake and would be happy to come back again.

Timo was super friendly and greeted me warmly right away. The apartment is modern, well maintained and sparkling clean. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing – absolutely recommended!

We spent a very nice extended weekend in the old forest house and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, where nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. Lovingly renovated apartment in a lovely location with lake view. Excursion destinations such as the dam and the old town of Soest can be reached in a short time. Irina is really great host!

Conny's place is just great! We were all very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is WELL equipped (I've never had it or very rarely). We will be happy to come back.

A really nice place and surroundings! Had a very romantic weekend with my fiancée. I booked the "Romantic Package" and it was really worth it and was a great surprise for my fiancée. The place is very large with beautiful views. Fireplace, hot tub and a bottle of wine made the weekend especially romantic. There is a wide range of good restaurants and leisure activities such as archery, mini golf, sauna, high ropes course and much more in the area. Very friendly host! Beautiful and spacious house. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back with the large group. Everything is child- and dog-friendly, modern and bright. The only thing that could have been better if our need for rooms (we were guests in a very variable constellation: parents with up to three children, but also individuals) had been requested in advance. We thought that the booking amount would include ALL bedrooms. However, we could have easily booked additional rooms - spontaneously and on site. Thank you for the stay, dear Paul

The place was exactly as described. However, this also means that there is no basic equipment in the kitchen, unlike normal Airbnbs.

It was really very nice and quiet! A well-equipped kitchen and a great living room that invites you to a game night together. The house is very clean and well lit. The terrace is very nice and the dogs were also able to romp around!

We felt very comfortable in the forest house. The house has lots of charm and offers plenty of space, which makes it very suitable for large groups.

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get in were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and the open fireplace is really the best for spending the cold winter evenings. The ski slopes of Winterberg are just a few minutes away, but there are plenty of other things to do in the surrounding area. We simply loved it.
