Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
