40 m2 single-story apartment on the ground floor, ideally located by the beach with a 180-degree view of the sea. Once your car is parked in a private parking space in front of the apartment, you can enjoy Le Brusc on foot. The port of Brusc is a 3-4 minute walk away, you will find restaurants, hairdresser, tobacco, ice cream, pharmacy, pier for the embiez... a nice walk will take you to the beautiful Gaou peninsula.

Ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, between the train station (12-min walk) and the port (15/20-min walk). Secure residence. A parking space is available free of charge. You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.

Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. From the balcony you'll enjoy the beautiful daily sunsets.
