You live centrally, close to restaurants, cafés, Slottsskogen and the city's oldest neighborhood with its charming streets and houses. The house has an elevator, the apartment is modern, the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The elevator goes down to the locked garage under the house, where garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open angle with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washer and dryer.

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away.
