We love that our home has all the qualities of a classic cabin in the woods — an A-frame shape, wood-plank ceilings, forest views from every room — while still appealing to the sensibilities of modern, urban travelers. This is the perfect spot to get a little dose of summer camp nostalgia, while keeping every modern comfort close at hand. Barbecue on the porch or gather around the outdoor fire pit in the summer and into the fall. In the winter, get cozy in front of the wood-burning stove and take in the snowy woodland landscape. Guests can access the entire house and two-acre property. I'm available to answer any questions via phone, text or email at any time. Please note, my primary residence is in New York City and I will not be on site at the house. The cabin is located in the hamlet of Marbletown, at the southern edge of Catskill Park. The property is nestled between the many farms, orchards, and preserves of the Rondout Valley and the protected mountains and woodlands of the Catskills. The Trailways bus stop with service from Port Authority is located in Rosendale, about 20 minutes from the house, but you'll need a car to get around once you're up here. Amtrak trains stop at Rhinecliff, just across the Hudson, about 35 minutes from the house.

You have the whole house and three acres to enjoy. The two bedrooms are upstairs, with skylights and a bright, airy feel to them. The wood burning stove is an awesome way to make things cozy. There's also a firepit and grill you're welcome to use. Guests have complete access to the home and three-acre property. The garage on the property is inaccessible by guests. We're available to contact anytime. Hike, ski, swim, bike, do yoga, or whatever comes to mind— all is possible in the Catskills. The Ashokan reservoir bike/walk path is a few miles down the road. Not far the other way is Marty's Mercantile for coffee, lunch, and basic supplies. There's plenty of parking in the driveway. Don't expect to Uber while up here. We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. We had a great stay at BorisRungcheewan’s place. Check-in was easy, and the hosts sent us all the necessary information well in advance. The only minor challenge was finding the house—it’s set back from the road and located at the top of a long, steep driveway. I can imagine that arriving for the first time in the dark could be a bit tricky. The house itself was just as advertised: very private and quiet. The interior was comfortably furnished, and we especially appreciated the fireplace and the Bluetooth speaker. The two full bathrooms were also nice . The hot tub was easy to use, although a few of the jets didn’t seem to be working. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, and glasses. The house is about 15 minutes from the Woodstock area and the nearest grocery store, so we’d recommend stopping to pick up any necessary provisions before checking in. Overall, we would absolutely return to BorisRungcheewan’s place for another stay.

Really great space! Our dog absolutely loved playing fetch on the front lawn, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the sauna. I’m normally dubious of Airbnb saunas, but it was spotless, new, worked perfectly, and was a real surprise and delight of the stay.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!
