Beachfront vacation rentals in Olhão

The Check-in with Carmen was super easy and, thanks again, very flexible. She`s very kind and supporting in every way. Before we arrived, we already got a lot of very good recommendations, what to do. The beach is so near and we really enjoyed it. The appartment had everything and more to feel very comfortable. Thanks again Carmen, we had a really wonderful time.

The housekeeper, Paula, was simply awesome. very helpful! i forgot to inform her of the planned check-in time and she rushed to help us when I called. Super helpful. Location is bang opposite the beach, totally as mentioned in the listing and shown in the pics.

I can’t recommend Karine’s apartment highly enough. Spotlessly clean, great quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants and supermarket. Pool area was secluded and private for myself and young family. Even though there was some building work going on to the apartment complex the builders were quiet and very respectful of us as guests. Already planning our next stay and we haven’t left Portugal!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Such a gem of a place. We stayed for 6 nights; I originally (mistakenly) only booked for 5 nights but the hosts were accommodating and responsive when I requested to add another night to the end of the trip. We came for my 40th birthday, and I was looking for a place right on the coast, with cliffs and ocean views. This perfectly fit the bill and I had an enchanting time. There are so many lovely spaces in the house to enjoy the views and the weather, and the hosts are responsive and send recommendations for the area.

Je communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was erg prettig en duidelijk – dat stelde ons erg gerust. De villa zelf is prachtig gelegen, met een schitterend uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad waar we volop van hebben kunnen genieten. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Great location, beautiful terrace, & great host! Patrice was super friendly & let us check in early which was great. She also was proactive to send pics of how to get to the Airbnb in advance which made finding the location much easier. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place! Quarterfeira is easy to find from the Airport, I hired a car and drove, it took about 35 mins. It is a touriust destination for sure but I was there in late May and the season was not fully underway so it was pretty quiet on the beaches and always a table in the local restaurants. The apartment is situated right at the end of the main promenade by a square which has a great little restaurant/bar on it. Turn right out of the door and you can walk into town which is full of markets, bars and so on, but turning left takes you down to the other beach, which is much less built up, no deck chairs and stuff like that, more natural. I preferred that side to the sunbeds and parasols side, but either way you have the choice. Mornings are beautiful, it gets hot in the afternoon and the A/C was perfect for that. The kitchen was great and I made a few meals. Getting in and out of Quarterfeira by car is super easy and I did a bit of driving around which I really enjoyed. Definitely a great stay!!!

This was a little piece of paradise on the Algarve Coast. It was a well positioned, spacious apartment that was quite private even though it opened on to a lovely grassy area and pool that was available to other guests. The little beach with a cafe between sandstone/limestone cliffs was picturesque. A lovely accessible cliff walk took you to larger beaches and lots of restaurants near the old town of Albufeira. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Rui was a wonderful host, who was very attentive and super quick to respond to messages. The location (and garage space- score!) was incredible, that was easily walkable to the old town. The unit had all of the amenities and bedrooms were spacious. Will gladly stay here again in the future-Thank you Rui for being a great host!

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was the incredible view of the Ria Formosa—absolutely breathtaking. The secure underground parking was a great convenience, and the location couldn’t be better, with fantastic seafood restaurants just a five-minute walk away. A perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Hemos estado bien en este alojamiento. Coincidía con la descripción. Tenía una piscina muy bonita y estaba bien equipado. Por decir algún inconveniente, la ubicación es algo retirada, pero si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio.

The property was so very clean.Lovely well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom.Only 2 of us but would take 5 easily with 2 full bathrooms and a cloakroom. 2nd floor, a view from the balcony overlooking the salt marshes and facing west so lovely and sunny in the afternoon and evening for dinner outside.Very flexible with check in and check out as vacate for the few days after we left.Marta was brilliant,gave lots of information on nearby restaurants, ferry crossings,supermarkets etc.Always responded so quickly. It is in the end block of apartments and has the Ria Marine Centre across the road.Would love to stay there again.Graham and Julie.

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It really felt like a little piece of paradise! We loved how immersed in nature it felt & particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, being able to watch the sunset every night from the terrace & being able to make our own freshly squeezed orange juice from the plentiful oranges. The daily visits from the dogs was also a joy. Jurgen & his parents were lovely hosts. Lots of places to visit nearby & great eating recommendations too. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement d’Isabela. L’emplacement est idéal avec vue sur la mer, nombreux restaurants à proximité et quartier tranquille. Tout est accessible à pied et très sécuritaire. L’appartement est bien équipé et décoré avec goût, on s’y sent bien. Lit confortable et serviettes de qualité en quantité suffisante. Je le recommande sans hésiter!

Wij verbleven 7 dagen in het appartement in Olhao. Dit was zeer ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. Het was een heel net appartement. Bij aankomst was er zelfs een hapje en een fles wijn voorzien. Bij het plannen van onze reis konden we alles vragen over vervoer, de omgeving en kregen onmiddellijk antwoord. De host reageerde steeds zeer snel en vriendelijk. Daardoor voelden we ons heel welkom. Het appartement is gelegen in een rustig appartementsgebouw. We hoorden nauwelijks iets van de buren.Bij aankomst lag er een dikke map met informatie over allerlei bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, mogelijkheden van vervoer ed. Heel leuk om op die manier dingen in de omgeving te leren kennen die je anders misschien niet zou ontdekken. Wij raden iedereen aan om dit appartement te boeken als je van plan bent om in Olhao op vakantie te komen.

A Perfect Stay at Casa Clara! Our stay at Casa Clara in Santa Luiza was nothing short of magical. The house itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending modern comfort with authentic Portuguese charm. The outdoor space was a dream: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing mornings. We especially loved the proximity to the charming village of Santa Luiza, which feels like a hidden gem. There are good restaurants, supermarket/bakery & pharmacy 2 mins walk from the house. Check in/out was seamless & communication with Patricia was excellent. We felt truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Casa Clara to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Algarve.

We loved our stay at Nuno'a place. The view from the balcony is second to none and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was truly special. Nuno was responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the extensive kitchen utensils meant we could cook some delicious food during our stay. Everything was spotless, clean and comfortable. A brilliant choice for anyone who wants a relaxed holiday close to a beautiful stretch of beach. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Sylviane, situé à deux pas de la place animée du village et de son supermarché (appréciable !). On s'y est senti bien tout de suite, disposant de toutes les commodités et confort nécessaires. Ce logement spacieux au rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un patio pour les repas et offre l'accès à un toit-terrasse au 4e-5e étage, d'où l'on domine la ville blanche. Un petit plus merveilleux pour prendre un peu de hauteur et embrasser une vue magnifique à 360 degrés. Sylviane s'est toujours montrée très disponible, répondant à nos demandes et questions sur-le-champ, toujours prête à faciliter notre intégration et à s'enquérir - discrètement- de notre bien-être. Merci tout plein, Sylviane ! Que dire de plus si ce n'est que nous recommandons cet emplacement sans hésiter une seconde. Petite précision : si l'on a une voiture, il faut être vigilant afin de ne pas contrevenir aux règles de stationnement des petites rues adjacentes.
