Die moderne und luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, sepertem Bad und einem Balkon in den Innenhof.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Our 91 m² apartment, located directly on the Unstrut bike trail, offers relaxation for the whole family. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, our guests also enjoy the large full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Meals also taste particularly good on the private balcony.
